NUTTY MUFFINS
Method Ingredients.
1000g Vizyon Muffin cake mix
320ml Vegetable oil
200ml Water
7 Large Eggs
2tsp Vanilla essence
50g Almond flakes
Mix for about 3 to 4 minutes, Pour into muffin cases, Pipe some Vizyon filling cream into the batter if desired OR top with nuts or fruits of choice and bake at 180 degrees celcius for 25-30 minutes
Start to finish This batch of Muffins are ready in 30 minutes
