Factory Defect:  You can return items only if they have factory defects, but this rule is only for ingredients. If you're unhappy with your purchase, let us know within 48 hours of getting it.
Ingredients: Due to the perishable nature of ingredients, we do not accept returns of opened ingredients. Ingredients can only be returned if they have not been opened.

Other Products : Tools, Packs and other products can be returned in their received conditions and non-damaged packages.

You must contact us within 48 days from receiving your order.
